Luis Fernandez joined MANE, a manufacturer of flavors, fragrances, and ingredients on June 6th, 2017. Fernandez will be aiding the technology development and scientific research teams to propose efficient strategic orientations in the flavor division.
Fernandez has more than 25 years of international experience in food ingredient applications in multiple categories, including: confectionery, meat, bakery and beverages, among many other areas. Previously, Fernandez served as the senior vice president of global food technology at Tate & Lyle for five years.
