Linda G. Levy Named President of the Fragrance Foundation

Linda G. Levy has been appointed as the president of the Fragrance Foundation, effective September 5, 2017. Levy has played an influential role in the organization as a member of the board of directors, where she most recently work with the consumer-driven Scent Event.

We are delighted to appoint Linda Levy as the new president of The Fragrance Foundation,” said Jerry Vittoria, chairman of the Foundation and president of fine fragrance, worldwide, Firmenich, Inc. “She is a well-respected industry executive who has diverse marketing and retail experience and is truly passionate about fragrance. We look forward to collaborating with Linda as we continue to uphold the Foundation’s mission. Education, innovation, appreciation.”

Currently, Levy serves as the Omni Group vice president, divisional merchandise manager for fragrances at Macy's Inc. In her role, Levy oversees all Macy's brick-and-mortar and online businesses. She joined Macy's East in 2007 and held several roles including Group vice president/divisional merchandise manager for cosmetics, vice president of marketing for cosmetics and fragrances, and vice president of marketing effectiveness and direct mail.

Prior to joining Macy's, Levy has held senior level management positions in the cosmetics and fragrance industry for nearly 20 years on a global and national level for brands including L'Oréal's Lancôme USA, The Estée Lauder Companies and Wella/Procter & Gamble; as well as a consultant for companies including Shiseido and Coty.
