Kancor America, a division of Kancor Ingredients Limited, (Cochin India) has recently hired Melanie Williams and Jeff Rotondi to lead technical efforts for the company.
Williams will manage all key lab activities at Rutger’s Food Innovation center in Piscataway, New Jersey where Kancor operates. Williams, who is the technical service manager, will also be responsible for regulatory documentation and process improvement initiatives. Williams most recently worked for American Instants Inc.
Rotondi, will lead all application and proactive concept development initiatives and will also be based in Piscataway, New Jersey as Kancor’s application manager. Rotondi most recently worked for Takasago Flavors.
