FFS Renames Customer Care Division; Appoints Ritzmann as Manager

Due to a renewed emphasis on receiving feedback from clients, the customer service division at Flavor & Fragrance Specialties Inc. (FFS) will now be referred to as customer care and it has appointed Lauren Ritzmann as customer care manager.
Prior to joining FFS, Ritzmann worked for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours as well as Wessel Fragrances Inc.
