Bernard (“Bernie”) Polak, a member of the American Society of Perfumers and retired president of Polak’s Frutal Works, an international flavors and fragrances business, died November 7 in Englewood, Colorado. He was 95.
Polak founded the Kiwanis Club chapter in Amsterdam, Holland and Aspen, Colorado and was a recent member of the Kiwanis of Southeast Denver.
