Belle Aire Creations Announces Several Promotions

Six employees were recently given promotions by Belle Aire Creations in various divisions of the company.

Belle Air promoted Brett Optiz to account executive after starting his career with the company in 2016 as part of the customer advocate staff. Through his previous position, he gained the ability to build strong customer relationships that will aide him in his new position. Optiz graduated from Illinois State with a degree in International Studies.

Christopher Kelly was also promoted to account executive. He has been with Belle Aire for over seven years in sample and perfumery labs where he became an expert in numerous aspects of the industry. In 2014, he was given a leadership role within the company to help build and manage the applications department. Kelly graduated from University of Kansas with a degree in psychology and economics.

Don Conover Jr. is now the VP of perfumery and R&D where he will lead a team of perfumers and scientists in bringing new fragrances and technologies to the industry. During his 22 years in perfumery, Conover has created memorable and winning experiences for brands throughout the industry, according to the company.

Jeremy David was promoted to managing director of innovation and technology to oversee the efforts of all new and existing technology platforms. David has over 15 years of experience in the fragrance industry and has helped Belle Aire develop several relationships with leading companies in the industry.

Jerry Bellek is a senior member of the team of perfumer and scientists and will help advance the company in his new chief technical officer position. Since 2006, Bellek has been a member of the American Society of Perfumers and has widespread knowledge and experience in fine perfumery in personal care.

Belle Aire named Jodi Vintartas as the new CFO after 19 years with the company. Throughout her time with Belle Air, Vintartas has worked in human resources, finance and accounting, while undergoing 10 years of double digit sales growth, according to Belle Aire. She also successfully aided in the integration of ERP systems for the company.
