Azelis said its Azelis Canada unit has named Tony Craske as managing director, effective February 2013. He replaces Kevin Allen, who will retire in April after 15 years of service.
The company said Craske has a 30-year track record of profitable business development in chemical distribution in Canada and the U.S. with a strong background in project and supplier relationship management. Within life sciences, Azelis says it's focusing on specialty business development and first class customer service and that Craske will be instrumental in future growth.
"I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that this industry and working with Azelis brings, by further growing our business in Canada and emulating Azelis’ success in Europe and the Far East through product and business sector expansion," said Craske.
Craske was a former president of the Canadian Association of Chemical Distributors and past president of the Northeast Chemical Association.
