Wixon Inc. (St. Francis, WI) has named Jill Sonntag senior food technologist, technology applications and industrial ingredients. In her new role, Sonntag works with Mag-nifique and Wix-Fresh technology applications. In addition Sonntag continues to work in the consumer product development division, particularly in the baked goods category. Sonntag has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, with the last 19 spent at Wixon. Prior to that, she worked for Henri’s (salad dressings) in sensory evaluation.
