Virginia Dare (Brooklyn, New York) has appointed Sandy Liang, food technologist, and Stephanie Lynch, business development director. In her new role, Liang will be responsible for creating new flavor concepts for food products and beverages, designing prototypes, and providing technical support in health and nutrition related areas. Meanwhile, Lynch, who was previously with the Dow Chemical Company and Thomas J. Lipton (Unilever), will focus on business development in the health and wellness, nutritional and pharmaceutical industries.
