Firmenich North America (New York) has announced its new management team for its fine fragrance division based in New York City. The company has appointed Cathleen Quinn to the newly created role of vice president, creative development center, fine fragrance, North America. Quinn has 13 years of management experience in the marketing and creative development of fine fragrance, most recently as vice president, creative marketing at the Firmenich global fine fragrance center in Paris. In her new role, Quinn will provide a strategic alignment to perfumers by managing all creative development resources for North America including evaluation, marketing and laboratories.
In addition, Firmenich appointed Marc Salmon to the newly created role of vice president, sales, fine fragrance, North America. Salmon has almost 20 years of fragrance experience in evaluation, sales and management both in Europe and New York. In his new role, Salmon will drive the strategic priority of customer intimacy at all levels.
