FONA International has hired Mia Arcieri as the market manager for the grain business unit. In this role, Arcieri leads the market watch, consumer insights and trend analysis efforts for grain products, and she collaborates with product solutions and flavor development teams to incorporate trends and consumer preferences into the product development processes.
Robin Prazak has passed the final exam with the Society of Flavor Chemists, earning her the title of certified flavor chemist. She has worked at FONA for 10 years and currently develops flavors for grain and beverage applications.
FONA has promoted Rachel Denk to regulatory specialist. Additionally, Katie Dyer has been promoted to sensory scientist. In her role, Dyer is responsible for growing FONA’s sensory department, including the design of test procedures, setting up and conduction all panels, analysis and interpretation of panel results, and management of flavor library panels and evaluation sessions. Finally, FONA has promoted Jessica Zielinski to senior applications technologist in the dry beverage business unit. Zielinski has been with FONA since 2003.
