Renessenz has appointed David Sitko as applications manager for its sensory ingredients business. In this newly created role, Sitko will focus on the development of applications capabilities within the flavor and food markets.

Prior to joining Renessenz, Sitko held product development roles at Northwestern Flavors, Wrigley USA as well as more recently with Ferrara Candy as a research and development manager.
