David Michael Promotions & Hires

David Michael & Co. (Philadelphia) has announced that the Sensory and Consumer Research department is now the Sensory and Flavor Insights department. Within this department, Erica Byerly has been promoted to sensory and flavor insights manager. Rachel Czapla will be joining the department as sensory and flavor insights analyst. Czapla has worked at David Michael for five years, previously as a vanilla technician. Becky Graustein has been hired as sensory technician. In this role, Graustein will support the department through sensory and consumer test preparation and execution, record keeping and lab maintenance. 

In other news the company has announced that Nicole Katz has completed the STAMP program, a 12–15 month comprehensive training program for the company’s account management team. She has been named account manager for the company’s New England territory. 

Danielle Durso has been hired as marketing coordinator, while Jennifer Argabright has been hired as an accounting assistant. 

David Michael has promoted Lynn Nowakowski to quality control lab administrator. Vicki Petroski has been named planning specialist for the company’s planning department, while Kathy Montagna has been promoted to planning supervisor. 

At David Michael de Mexico, Paulina Martinez has been named applications manager. In her new position, Martinez will manage two applications labs and the culinary labs area. 

At David Michael (Beijing) Flavor Co. Ltd., Han Yajun has been promoted to key account manager.
