Bell Names New Fragrance Hires

Aiming to further strengthen its global fragrance business, Bell Flavors and Fragrances announced two new hires.

Timothy Lauren was named the company’s new vice president of U.S. fragrance sales. Previously, he spent more than 18 years with Dragoco (now Symrise) and also worked for IFF for six years, where he managed fragrance sales and handled global accounts.

Trista Walas has been named Bell’s new sensory manager. Walas comes from PartyLite, where she worked as a sensory manager and senior chemist for fragrance development, sensory sciences and consumers insights for eight years. In her new position, she will conduct sensory and stability testing and panels to enhance the company’s global fragrance development.
