Flavor & Fragrance Specialties (FFS) announced several new employee positions. Kelly De Luca and Jessica Munoz were added to the company’s customer service department, Artie Foose joined the flavor department as a flavor lab technician, Ryan Loughran joined the regulatory department, and Christie Altamura became a food technologist in the FFS flavor department.
Both De Luca and Munoz have nearly 10 years of customer service experience, while in his new role, Foose will now be responsible for compounding, running sensory panels, raw material evaluation and sample request fulfillment. Loughran will become responsible for testing, evaluation and product documentation in his capacity in the regulatory department, and Altamura will be responsible for flavor applications and optimization, sensory testing and analysis, as well as updating the company's flavor library.
