International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) announced executive vice president and head of supply chain Beth E. Ford has notified the company she will be stepping down at IFF in early January to take a leadership role at a different organization.
"Beth has been instrumental in our efforts to optimize our integrated supply chain,” said Doug Tough, IFF chairman and CEO. “Her deep operational experience and business knowledge have been great assets to our company, and we wish Beth much success in her new role.”
IFF is proactively reviewing candidates and expects to name a successor for Ford’s position in the near future.
