Rhodia Splits CEO, Chairman Duties

Rhodia (Paris) has appointed Gilles Auffret CEO of Rhodia and a member of the executive committee of recently merged Solvay. He has been with Rhodia since 1999.

Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, deputy CEO of Solvay, remains chairman of Rhodia.
