CPL Aromas appointed Roland Epalle to the position of managing director for CPL Aromas France. Epalle has worked in the fragrance industry since 1984, when he graduated from the ISIPCA perfumery school. His background includes 23 years with Quest International (formerly Naarden), learning about the private label and French markets, as well as spending time as an export manager working with countries in North Africa. He also previously worked as general manager of Bell Flavors & Fragrances’ French subsidiary. In his role with CPL, Epalle will spearhead the company’s next phase of growth as its business continues to expand its operations in France and the North African countries serviced by the French office.
