The Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, Inc. (RIFM) has appointed Christen Sachse-Vasquez to the position of director, technical information and services. She will manage RIFM’s technical information, overseeing its database and also serving as RIFM’s REACH liaison.
Sachse-Vasquez returns to RIFM after spending time as the manager of global fragrance safety and regulatory affairs at Takasago International Corp. (USA). Prior to that, she originally joined RIFM in 2000 to work in the human health science program and then moved to the database area.
She received a BS in environmental science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and she is currently pursuing an MBA in information systems at Iona College, Hagan School of Business.
