The Takasago Americas division of Takasago (Tokyo) announced Belayet (Bill) Choudhury as a senior flavor chemist, Zareena Valappi as part of Takasago’s citrus team and Hitesh Patel as a certified flavor chemist.

Choudhury will leverage his reaction chemistry experience to enhance Takasago’s savory capabilities, while Valappi will work to develop new citrus materials for internal flavor development and select customers, and Patel has been named a certified flavor chemist after 17 years with Takasago.
