Eurofragance (Barcelona) appointed Albert Tomás Vidal its new corporate director. Vidal graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in business administration and management, before going on to postgraduate study in capital markets and receiving his MBA. He is a member of the teaching staff at the Esade Business School and is also on the Scientific Dissemination Committee of the Finance Studies Institute (IEF, Instituto de Estudios Financieros). Additionally, he’s worked for companies such as Alta Partners as director of mergers and acquisitions and private and corporate banking institution UNIM Caixa Terrassa.
As corporate director for Eurofragance, Vidal will provide support to the directorate general in developing and implementing the company’s strategy for growth. With the aim of bolstering the company's corporate structure so it can achieve the growth forecast in its business plan, he will take control of departments that service all group companies while placing a special emphasis on its financial administration.
