Trilogy Fragrances Adds Three Industry Veterans to Team

Trilogy Fragrances announced the hiring of industry veterans Mary Ann Pierce, Robert Tioseco and Vince Comerford.

Pierce began her fragrance career in 1996 as a sales administrator for the Colgate Palmolive/Mennen global personal care team, assisting in Irish Spring, Palmolive, Softsoap and Mennen/Lady Speedstick wins. She learned the fragrance business process from creation through submission. Pierce also trained and supported perfumers in creative application. This evolved into a role as global IT trainer for IFF’s creative and project applications, where she trained business and creative teams on-site in 15 countries, becoming the SME and liaison between the business and IT. As SME, she developed a new creative solution while working closely with perfumers to ensure the integrity of their formula data and implementation.

Tioseco started his career at IFF in 1985 as a lab technician/perfumer assistant, where he learned the basics of fragrance ingredients and creations. His knowledge was further enhanced as a quality control supervisor, then a fragrance evaluator with Premier Specialties, Noville Inc. and Firmenich. At Firmenich, he became an expert in developing winning fragrances in the specialized home air care segment, particularly line extensions for Bath & Body Works, Blyth, MVP and Yankee Candle.

Comerford has previously held fragrance and flavor sales management and account management positions with Cosmo International Fragrances, Firmenich/Noville and Roure (Givaudan). Comerford developed supply positions with many leading consumer goods companies in the air freshening, personal products and oral care categories.
