The Lermond Company (East Rutherford, New Jersey), a women-owned raw material distributor focused primarily on the flavor and fragrance industry, has announced its opening.

The Lermond family—including Erica Lermond McDonnell, Tara Lermond Melchionne and Gregory Lermond—has served the North American industry for three generations, supplying essential oils, aroma chemicals, absolutes, concretes, resinoids and floral waters sourced from around the world.

The company previously announced the appointment of Tony Sasso as VP of operations.
