Symrise opened its new production plant in the Brazilian Amazon, establishing the location in the north of the Amazon region in close collaboration with its long-time partner Natura. Symrise's flavor and nutrition division in Latin America showed strongest first-quarter growth in Colombia, Argentina and Brazil.
Symrise invested over €5 million to build its production plant, which provides access to a rich variety of native plants, using sophisticated, sustainable technologies, ensuring little impact on the environment as possible.
