Symrise AG is open to new small- or medium-sized acquisitions, especially in the technology sector, Symrise CEO Heinz-Juergen Bertram was quoted as saying in an interview with Euro am Sonntag.
"We've got our eyes open and are in talks. But nothing is ripe for a decision now," he said in the interview.
Symrise is finalizing its integration of Diana Group. In 2003, it acquired Belmay.
