I want to thank all our attendees, sponsors, advisers and association partners for all of their support in making the inaugural Flavorcon such a success.
More than 350 flavor industry professionals convened during the first-ever Flavorcon, held at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey, November 18–19. Photos of the event are live on the Perfumer & Flavorist Facebook page. More photos and highlights will appear in the March issue of the magazine.
Presented by Perfumer & Flavorist magazine, the two-day conference delivered key technical and marketing information for the developers, creators, manufacturers and marketers of flavors and flavored products.
Representing 13 different countries, attendees included flavorists, applications staff, ingredients experts, flavor delivery specialists, food scientists, product developers, sensory staff, management and consumer product company professionals.
The conference program included dozens of industry and academic experts, providing a rare interactive environment for sharing technical insights into flavor and product development.
The next Flavorcon event will be held in 2015. The location and content will be determined by attendee and industry survey respondents.
