Natural Advantage is looking to hire a senior organic chemist to participate in the R&D team. Candidates must have a PhD in organic chemistry or BS in chemistry with experience and 5-10 years in the flavor and fragrance industry or related experience.
Job responsibilities include learning processes commonly used at the company, extrapolating current processes to new natural flavor and fragrance materials, developing new processes for new target molecules and natural fraction from essential oils and fermentation broths. Compensation depends on education and experience.
