Mane Launches Acidity Masking Program

Mane (Bar-sur-Loup, France) has launched Sense Capture Acidity, a platform that addresses acidity taste balance in processed foods.

The platform uses a matrix of in-house components, patented molecules and flavors that spark interactions among components.

It masks the acidity perception created by certain industrial processes, thus balancing taste profiles in foods such as ready meals and sauces.
