In a recent press release, MG International Fragrance Company (MG Gülçiçek) announces the building of its 45,000 square meter plant built atop a 20,000 square meter plot. The $65 million facility is located east of Istanbul in Gebze Industrial Zone.
A 5,000 square meter plant is allotted for the company's innovation, organic synthesis and natural extract research. Over the next five years, the company plans to increase the amount of raw materials manufactured for global release. The plant's production capacity is expected to increase by 10 times.

Employees are also the source of inspiration behind the new facility. The company invested in an array of amenities for its team, which includes a fitness center with a half Olympic-sized swimming pool, 150-person conference center, meeting rooms and auditorium, hotel accommodations and a bistro-style restaurant.
The campus-like facility also includes various artworks including sculptures, a Japanese garden and other contemporary art pieces. The company is setting the trend for morphing an ordinary factory into an enriching atmosphere filled with technology and art.
