Inglot Cosmetics Expands into Fragrance; Features Scent Trends

Cosmetics company Inglot is expanding into fragrance, effective July 8. Its new cream fragrances, as part of its Inglot Freedom System, feature five scent trends: 

  • green fruit—opens with the top notes of coconut milk, plum, and lotus followed by mid notes of lily, heliotrope and orchid, rounded out by base notes of cedar wood, amber and vanilla
  • purple musk—top notes introduce bergamot, ivy, and clary sage, leading to the mid notes of orris, jasmine and rose, and the base of cinnamon, musk and tonka beans
  • mandarin crush—consists of top notes of clementine, pomelo, and apple that blend with mid notes of magnolia, peach flower, and jasmine, followed by the base notes of musks, blonde woods and ambrette
  • bright amber—top notes of citrus, bergamot, and mandarin blend with mid notes of freesia, jasmine and vanilla flower mellowing into woody, amber, and cinnamon base notes
  • golden wood—opens with the top notes of apricot, orange, and sugared berries combined with mid notes of orange blossom, osmanthus, and peony, followed by honey, woody and tonka beans base notes
