HCD Research (Flemington, New Jersey) has established a neuroscience market research service operation in China. The company will serve the fragrance, flavor and other industries. HCD established its flavor and fragrance division in January 2014.
According to the company, "HCD Research uses mobile neuroscience laboratories which can be used throughout the country and can collect data at malls, corporate facilities and market research/focus group facilities. With an 'agnostic' approach to methodologies, the company will employ a variety of traditional cognitive and neuroscience tools to conduct research and will apply appropriate technologies to meet the specific requirements of projects."
