Givaudan Acquires Brazilian Centroflora Nutra

Givaudan has announced that it has acquired the nutrition division of Centroflora Group (Centroflora Nutra), in an effort to further develop its presence in Brazil.

Centroflora Nutra is a manufacturer of botanical extracts and dehydrated fruits for the food, beverage and consumer good industry. Its headquarters is located in Botucatu, Brazil, and exports a wide variety of plant extracts.
