Firmenich announced that CDP has names the company 'best supply chain responder' in Switzerland, taking the number one position in its home country, out of a total 20 contestants. CDP is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
"Building on our 120 year heritage of leading our business responsibly, Firmenich constantly seeks to raise the bar in environmental management. It is a true honor for us to be recognized by CDP as the leader in Switzerland in climate change mitigation," said Gilbert Ghostine, chief executive officer of Firmenich.
