Firmenich has joined this year’s CDP Supplier Climate Performance Leadership Index (SCPLI) and has a climate performance score, at the highest level of Band A, and a disclosure score at 99/100.
It ranks among the top 121 global organizations represented in the CDP SCPLI, selected from 3,396 contributing companies. The process of reporting helps companies exchange information on sustainability best practices, which in turn helps the further improve its GHG emissions management.
Furthering its sustainability efforts in ingredients, Firmenich and Danida recently formed a sustainable vanilla partnership in Uganda in September 2014.
