DSM Nutritional Products Ltd., a division of Royal DSM N.V., has formed an exclusive partnership with natural ingredients company Isobionics B.V. to distribute valencene and nootkatone grades to the flavor and fragrances market.
Under the partnership, valencene and nootkatone will be produced through Isobionics’ fermentation technology, which is similar to brewing beer. With this technology, the company said it's able to create pricing stability and reliability.
