Bontoux Group (Saint Auban sur l’Ouvèze, France/Edison, New Jersey) has announced that its newly created affiliate, Bontoux Organics, Inc., has acquired A Woman of Uncommon Scents.

Rachael Shapiro, founder of A Woman of Uncommon Scents, will serve as business development director of Bontoux Organics, Inc.

An official letter from Shapiro and Bontoux Organics, Inc. EVP and COO Chris English explains that the new affiliate “will be a true combination of strong suits—a joining of two extraordinary organizations with similar cultures and strengths that are highly complementary."
