Hughes Named President and CEO of AM Todd

Raymond Hughes has been named president and CEO of A.M. Todd (Kalamazoo), following the retirement of Henry Todd, Sr. Todd had served as chairman and CEO of the company for the last 10 years and spent 41 years at the company, including his role as president of Zink & Triest. He remains a member of the board of directors. Hughes has 25 years of industry experience, previously with Symrise and the former Dragoco; he joined A.M. Todd in 2006.

Of the announcement, Hughes said, “I am extremely honored to be chosen as the first non-family member to run this great organization. A.M. Todd has a legacy of innovation, quality and customer service. My goal is to build on Henry’s hard work as well as that of the previous Todd family generations to create value for our shareholders and key customers.”

Joel Shepherd has been named non-executive chairman of the A.M. Todd board. He was previously president of specialty paper and plastic products company Shepherd Products.

R. Davis Webb has been appointed vice chairman. Webb is a principal of EntroSOL, which "creates and refines the business processes necessary for sustained new-product innovation."
