NAFFS Scholarship Awards

The National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) has presented its second annual scholarship awards to two students in the Rutgers University Food Science Program. Gabriella Gloria Chiappe (MS student with a 4.0 GPA) and Jennifer Eng (BS student with a 3.4 GPA) each received $1,250 awards. In September, NAFFS will bestow a similar honor upon West Coast student Margaret Ward (MS student at Chapman University). The awards aim to support quality academic programs, attract top students, support leading edge research and bring quality candidates to the food industry workforce.
