The Change for Change foundation raised $25,000 at its 2nd Annual Date Auction. drom fragrances contributed a tour of its perfume studio in Tribeca, NY, along with customized his and her fragrances for two auction winners. The “date” will take place on June 20, 2007. The Annual Date Auction was held on April 19, 2007, at nightclub Pink Elephant in New York City.
A $25,000 donation raised from the event was given to the Claire Tow Pediatric Pavilion at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital. Over 500 guests attended. After careful scouting, Change for Change found 13 outstanding, charitably-minded men and women to offer themselves up for auction. Each auctionee came with a date to a dinner, brunch, sporting or cultural event around the city.
