Frutarom has developed 27 natural and FTNF citrus flavor variants as a part of its Citrus Competence project. The new flavor line includes grapefruit, lime, tangerine, mandarin, orange, lemon, clementine, pomelo, yuzu and blood orange among others. The flavors are stable and can be used in non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages, flavored waters, carbonated soft drinks and juices. They are also suitable for dairy, ice-cream, confectionery and other applications.
