Naturex, Natraceutical Merge Ingredient Activities

Naturex (Avignon, France) and Natraceutical Group (Valencia, Spain) have signed an agreement to merge their ingredient activities to form an independent company providing natural specialty ingredients. The new company will operate under Naturex management and will have production sites in Europe, United States, Morocco, Australia and Brazil, and sales offices in the USA, Europe and Asia. The merger is expected to be effective before the year end.
