IFF Creates Liberté

International Flavors & Fragrances' perfumers Olivier Polge and Domitille Bertier have formulated Parfums Cacharel's new women's scent, Liberté. The fragrance features notes of bitter orange, bergamot, mandarin, white flowers, patchouli, vetiver and vanilla.
