CPL Aromas Inc., (Somerset, New Jersey) has completed the acquisition of Hagelin and Co. Inc’s (Branchburg, New Jersey) fragrance business, and will transfer the latter’s fragrance production to its new facility in Somerset, New Jersey.
Of the acquisition, Nick Pickthall, managing director of CPL Aromas Americas, said, “We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Hagelin and look forward to providing our new customers with innovation and excellent customer service.”
Hagelin will continue to focus on the growth of its flavor business and invest in the development of its new technologies.
