The Fragrance Materials Association (FMA) has announced Coty Inc.’s Leslie Smith as the keynote speaker for the FMA 2009 Annual Business Meeting to be held on January 21, 2009. As vice president of fragrance technology and development at Coty Inc.'s global R&D headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey, Smith has worldwide responsibility for fragrance. He is a member of a number of industry and academic committees, including the COLIPA perfume and perfume strategy task forces and has a number of publications on chemistry and perfumery.
