Flavor Heritage Society Moves

The Flavor Heritage Society has relocated from Fort Lee, NJ to Edgewater, NJ. Founded in 2004, the Society’s mission is to publish, protect and conserve the oral history, documents and artifacts associated with the history of the US flavor industry. The officers are: president, Chuck Manley (Takasago); vice president, Richard Pisano, Jr. (Citrus & Allied); and secretary/treasurer, Ed Brown (S and S Ingredients Sales). Membership in the Flavor Heritage Society is open to all corporations and individuals interested; annual memberships are $100 for corporations and $25 for individuals.
