Flores-Roux and Nilsen Formulate With Love

Quest International perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux and Stephen Nilsen have created Elizabeth Arden's With Love Hilary Duff. The fragrance features notes of mangosteen fruit and spices, mangosteen blossom, cocobolo wood, amber milk and amber musk.
