Symrise Expands Moscow Facility

Symrise has enlarged its Moscow facility with the addition of more than 500 sq m. The new space houses new development laboratories for the company’s sweet, savory and beverages business units, as well as a new center for sensory and consumer research.Of the expansion, Symrise president of flavor and nutrition EAME Heiner Schaper said, “Few other markets in the world are growing at as rapid a pace as the Russian market for food and flavorings. By expanding our Moscow site, we hope to accelerate this growth still further with an even greater emphasis on local development within the region.”
