Royal Aromatics Inc. (Neptune, NJ) has formed a partnership with Ercetin Gulyagi Co. (Izmir, Turkey), a producer of Turkish rose products. Under terms of the agreement, Royal Aromatics will distribute Ercetin Gulyagi’s rose products in North America, while Ercetin will manufacture and distribute Royal Aromatics’ fragrances in Turkey.
Of the announcement, Royal Aromatics president Jack Corley said, “Our decision to embark on this reciprocal relationship with Ercetin Gulyagi makes strategic sense to Royal as we continue to expand and strengthen our position as a leader in natural/organic ingredients and fragrance development in North America.”
