Kerry to Close Waukesha Plant

Kerry Flavor Systems has reported that it will close the Waukesha, Wisconsin, plant that it took over as part of its acquisition of Cargill Flavor Systems. The Waukesha plant produces flavors used in dairy products. About 40 employees will be laid off by November 30.
