WILD Flavors to Acquire Juice Cold Blends and Compounds Business

In a move that will provide the company with $200 million in additional annual sales, WILD Flavors GmbH has signed an agreement to buy Cargill's global juice cold blends and compounds business. The acquisition brings with it three ocean-access tank farms in Amsterdam, New Jersey, and Chiba and Kashima, Japan. The deal is subject to antitrust approval.

"By broadening our product offering and by providing a truly global supply chain, our customers will profit from WILD Flavor’s unique full-solution approach as the single source of supply for every ingredient needed to produce a high-quality, finished beverage product," said Michael Ponder, CEO of WILD Flavors GmbH.
